This is the equivalent of an insurance claim and just as lying about an insurance claim is illegal and actionable, lying about an indemnity claim is unlawful and actionable. This is provided as relief owed to the living people who have not consensually, knowingly and voluntarily agreed to be impersonated and enfranchised as members of a foreign citizenry and should be accessed by members of the Assemblies who are truly in need. This bond is not provided in a wholesale way to the General Public. Indemnity applies only to those who have returned to their birthright status and have declared, recorded, and published their decision. The reasons for the “need” to claim indemnity will become apparent in due time as people realize how wealthy they are.
Need can be demonstrated by low income, change in circumstance such as loss of a job, loss of a family member, accident or illness, increases in property tax assessments, foreclosures, balloon payments, threats of eviction, and similar issues prompting action. The need doesn’t have to be explicitly stated, but people need to know their own reasons for seeking indemnity at this time. The banks are directly responsible for charging the Treasury. Any bank in the Maritime Commerce system should be able and willing to accept the bond and discharge any mortgage or property tax due repayment in either Federal Reserve Notes or Municipal USD as a chargeback (discharge) or a debt swap– either one– at their discretion, so long as the matter is permanently settled and any related titles and escrows are released to you.
I had some people call up, crying because they just lost their home last week or the week before, and thinking that “sheriff’s sale” or other action was set in cement.
In fact, you have two (2) years to “redeem” any action in foreclosure, whether judicial or non-judicial. Take the bond to the sheriff or other person responsible for administering the sale and say that you are claiming your exemption and redeeming the property to void the sale.
Be aware that many actions pretending a public interest in your private property are simple swindles that you can prevent yourself by establishing your own survey and recording it without including any adjoining public easements, and recording a new name for the property other than the assigned (and copyrighted) land description issued by the city, county, municipality, state, state-of-state, etc. Overcoming such “creative” title claims is easier than a full-blown land patent or grant claim; but ideally, we should pursue all opportunities in all jurisdictions to define what is ours and claim it.
